Marthakal Homeland Resource Centre (MHRC) is based at Elcho Island, an island off the coast of Arnhem Land. Marthakal Homeland Resource Centre has a unique opportunity for a Community Development and Employment Manager to join their team on Elcho Island, NT. This active and varied position will see you play an important role in ensuring that the CDEP teams work together to deliver employment and training opportunities. In doing so, you will ensure that jobseekers develop their skills, improve their chances of getting a job, and move to work outside of the CDEP program. To be successful, it is essential you have demonstrated experience in delivering a CDEP program and in working within a Not For Profit organisation, coupled with qualifications in Business, Training or a related field.
